Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, undamaged, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging included. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label (U.S. orders only), along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We may request photos, videos, or additional information** to verify the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (such as food, plants, flowers)
• Custom or personalized products (special orders, made-to-order items)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
