Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, and incorrect addresses.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states and most international locations. Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific regions due to carrier, customs, or regulatory limitations.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.

Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


Returns & Exchanges (30-Day Free Returns)

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Free Returns
We provide free return shipping for orders delivered within the United States. International customers are responsible for return costs unless otherwise required by law.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
Final sale, customized, or consumable items
Digital goods
• Items marked non-returnable at checkout

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item if available. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes defective within the 30-day return period, contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund, as required by law.


International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in your purchase price. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
